TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS:
1% - 10 days - net 30 days
PRICES:
All prices shown exclude applicable taxes. Price and specifications
are subject to change with reasonable notice. Prices are F.O.B. Toronto. All
orders will be billed at the price prevailing at time of shipment.
MINIMUM ORDERS - STOCK:
The minimum order for stock merchandise is
$1,000.00 net. Freight is extra (see delivery terms).
STANDARD PACKING:
Stock merchandise is available for shipment from our
plant in box or carton lots only.
DELIVERY TERMS:
Terms are F.O.B. shipping. Order for stock merchandise
exceeding $3,250.00 net value will be shipped freight prepaid to all provinces
in Canada. Orders below this minimum will be sent collect or prepaid and
charged. Stock and Made to Order items cannot be combined to achieve
prepaid shipment. All Made to Order items are F.O.B. shipping.
CLAIMS
DAMAGED GOODS:
Claims for damages must be noted on the carriers
document upon receipt of the merchandise, ACCO Brands Canada Customer
Service must be notified of the claim within 72 hours of receipt of shipment. All
claims for loss or damage must be filed against ACCO Brands Canada. The
product must be retained in the original box and packing until disposition is
provided by ACCO Brands Canada.
SHORT SHIPMENTS:
ACCO Brands Canada Customer Service must be
notified within 72 hours for claims regarding any discrepancies against the
packing list for short shipments in order to qualify for credit.
RETURN MERCHANDISE:
ACCO Brands Canada Customer Service will not
accept merchandise returned without prior consent. All product returns must
accompany the RMA acknowledgement form attached to the product. Product
will not be accepted without prior consent and in no instance in less than case
lot or box quantities. All return merchandise must be in saleable condition and in
proper ACCO Brands Canada cartons. Product returns must be sent back to
ACCO within 30 day of the RMA issue date.
A 15% restocking charge will apply to all credit requests pertaining to customer
error, customer cancellation or stock adjustments. All merchandise will be
subject to inspection by our Returns Department prior to credit or exchange.
Returns that are not prepaid and not accompanied or referenced to a numbered
permission form will not be accepted.
WARRANTY:
Products found to be defective in material or workmanship within
the warranty period from date of purchase will be replaced, repaired or a credit
issued. Please contact ACCO Brands Canada Customer Service for more
information on specific product warranties.
CANCELLATIONS:
Stock Merchandise may be cancelled anytime prior to
shipments. Made to Order items cannot be cancelled.
