Please Order by Stock Number
Within each table, products are listed by their stock numbers and other identifying details. All items are assigned
UPC numbers; however, all items/packaging do not bear the actual UPC bar code symbol.
Ordering Quantities
All merchandise is to be ordered and shipped in case quantities except where noted. Case dimensions are
available upon request.
Sales Policy
ACCO Brands markets products to home and office end users via distributors.
Claims
Carefully inspect and count all shipments upon receipt. Claims for shortages must be made to our Customer
Service Department within ten ( 10) business days.
Prices
All prices shown in the FactBook are suggested retail prices. Prices and specifications are subject to change
without notice.
All prices are set forth in current price lists. All orders will be billed at the prevailing price at time of shipment.
Design
The designs shown in our catalog and described in our FactBook are, and remain, the property of ACCO Brands.
We reserve the right to make changes in design and materials, as well as the right to discontinue parts and units
where such action is deemed to be an improvement in design, function and/or construction.
Returned Merchandise
ACCO Brands will not accept merchandise returned without prior written consent, through issuance of a numbered
Returned Material Authorization (RMA). To obtain your authorization number contact our Customer Service Department
at 1-800-541-0094. Please itemize merchandise, quantity and reason for return, provide related Purchase Order
number or invoice number, contact name, phone number and fax number.
Returns not shipped prepaid and without our numbered Returned Material Authorization will not be accepted.
All returns must be in standard case lots only (no broken cases). No return authorization will be granted after 120 days
following date of invoice. A handling/restocking charge of up to 25% of net merchandise will be charged, except
when caused by an ACCO Brands error.
